At Rudra Drapes, we are dedicated to delivering premium-quality sarees with the utmost care and attention. Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You have received a damaged product.
- You have received a defective product.
- You have received an incorrect product that differs from your confirmed order.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange.
2. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
To ensure a fair and transparent resolution process for all customers, Rudra Drapes requires an uninterrupted parcel opening video for every damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product claim.
The parcel opening video must:
- Begin before opening the sealed courier package, clearly showing all sides of the parcel and the shipping label.
- Capture the complete unboxing process in one continuous recording.
- Clearly show the condition of the product immediately after opening.
- Not contain any edits, cuts, pauses, or interruptions.
In addition to the video, customers must provide:
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
- The order number and a brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted without a complete parcel opening video and supporting photographs will not be eligible for verification and may be declined.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
After reviewing the submitted evidence, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Product replacement
- Product exchange
- Refund (where applicable)
The decision will be based on the findings of our quality verification process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse.
- Customized or specially ordered products.
- Products returned after the specified return period.
- Products with minor variations in color due to photography, lighting, or individual screen settings.
- Handloom or handcrafted products with slight weaving, texture, or zari variations, which are considered natural characteristics and not manufacturing defects.
5. Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Rudra Drapes may, at its sole discretion, offer:
- An alternative product of equal value,
- Store credit, or
- A refund, where applicable.
Each exchange request is reviewed individually after successful verification.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.
If approved:
- Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval.
- The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Return Shipping
- If the claim is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Rudra Drapes will arrange the return shipment or bear the applicable return shipping cost.
- Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rudra Drapes reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request where:
- Required evidence is incomplete or unavailable.
- The parcel opening video is missing, edited, incomplete, or unclear.
- The product has been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- The claim is determined to be fraudulent or inconsistent with our quality verification findings.
All decisions made by Rudra Drapes after verification shall be considered final.
