1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–4 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
- During festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Coverage
Rudra Drapes currently ships across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact our support team before placing an order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Tamil Nadu: 2–5 Business Days
- South India: 3–6 Business Days
- Rest of India: 4–8 Business Days
- Remote or Rural Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
- Any promotional offers for free shipping will be clearly communicated on our website and will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:
- A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS/WhatsApp notification will be sent.
- Tracking details will be shared to enable you to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Customers may track their shipment using the tracking number provided by our courier partner.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard delivery procedures.
If the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel:
- The courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
- Customers may be contacted by the courier for delivery coordination.
- Failure to accept delivery after multiple attempts may result in the order being returned to Rudra Drapes.
Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Accurate shipping address
- Valid contact number
- Correct PIN code
- Recipient's name
Rudra Drapes shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the outer courier package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears to be:
- Tampered with
- Torn
- Opened
- Damaged
please record an uninterrupted parcel opening video beginning before opening the sealed package and contact our Customer Support immediately.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
- Missing items
you must notify Rudra Drapes within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- An uninterrupted parcel opening video recorded from before opening the sealed package until all contents are clearly visible.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the courier packaging and shipping label.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted without the required parcel opening video and supporting photographs may not be eligible for verification or resolution.
10. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruptions
- Courier network delays
- High seasonal order volumes
Rudra Drapes shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
Orders may be returned to Rudra Drapes if:
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
- The parcel is refused by the customer.
In such cases, customers may be required to pay applicable re-shipping charges before the order can be dispatched again.
12. Shipping Confirmation
Risk of loss and ownership of the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided during checkout.
