11. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
For every claim relating to a damaged product, defective product, incorrect product, or missing item, the customer must provide an uninterrupted parcel opening video beginning before the sealed package is opened and continuing until the contents are fully visible, together with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Claims submitted without the required evidence may be rejected.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, fabric details, colours, and specifications before placing an order. Orders placed due to oversight or misunderstanding may not qualify for cancellation, return, or exchange unless covered by our policies.
