🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We strive to deliver every order in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- A parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory to claim any return, exchange, or damage-related issue. Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video cannot be accepted.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, colour variation due to screen settings, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.
If your claim is approved after verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund as applicable.
