🔄 Returns & Exchanges

- A parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory to claim any return, exchange, or damage-related issue. Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video cannot be accepted.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, colour variation due to screen settings, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.
